Cats are sensitive to changes in their environment and easily become stressed. To minimize stress while you are away, our sitters will visit your home to provide daily care and monitor your cat's health.

How to use

② Pre-meeting and quotation reservation
For first-time customers, we will always visit your home in advance, create a medical record based on your cat's characteristics, and confirm the care details and precautions before providing you with a price estimate.
③ Payment of fees and key keeping
Payment is required in advance. If you are paying by bank transfer, please make the payment at least two days in advance.

Cash and QR payment (only available at the secretariat cafe COVO TANA)
We can also deliver your keys by mail, but as with bank transfers, we ask that this arrive at least two days in advance.
[Note] If you have created a new spare key , please make sure that the new key can be used to open and close the door.
④ The day of care
事前打ち合わせで確認した内容にそって、猫ちゃんのお世話をさせていただきます。お預かりしている猫ちゃんのストレス軽減やきめ細やかなお世話をさせていただきます。
⑤ Report after care
After care is completed, we will contact you via a pre-arranged method such as email, phone, or LINE to update you on your cat's condition and status that day, including photos and videos.
⑥ Returning the key and settling the bill
After the period of care ends, we will return the keys to you using the return method agreed upon in advance. If any extension or optional fees are incurred, we will recalculate the amount and settle the difference.
*Due to rising fuel costs, etc., from July 2025, we regret to inform you that customers who live outside the Naze area may be required to pay additional transportation costs.
