How to use

名瀬地区以外からのご依頼は交通費を頂戴いたします。

お引越しされた場合は、新たに打合わせが必要になります。

奄美猫部からの譲渡猫の場合は、打合わせ・カルテ作成料ともに半額となります。

繁忙期（年末年始/GW/SW等）は、基本料金•オプション料金が20％割増となります。

奄美猫部サポーター様、また奄美大島の「まやにゃんバーカードご提示」のお客様は、合計金額より一律 300円引きさせていただきます。

全て税抜き価格となっており、別途消費税10％が加算されます。

台風等自然災害でのキャンセルの場合は調整手数料として、前日10％、当日30％を頂戴いたします。ご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。
